Gwasanaeth hollol breifat yn Amlosgfa Aberystwyth gyda Gwasanaeth o Ddiolch i ddilyn yn Eglwys y Santes Erfyl, Llanerfyl am 2.30 ar y 31ain o Hydref.

Derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar tuag at Cronfa Nyrsus Canolfan Iechyd Caereinion, Cronfa Mynwent Eglwys Llanerfyl ac Ymchwil Canser.

Peacefully at her home Ty Cerrig on 10th October 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Tom Jones (Parc). Caring Mother to the late Lowri and a special Mother, Mother-in-law and Grandmother to Sioned, Gareth and Greta.

Private service at Aberystwyth Crematorium followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Erfyl, Church, Llanerfyl at 2.30pm on Thursday 31st October.

Donations if desired will be gratefully received towards Caereinion Health Centre Nurses' Fund, St Erfyl Churchyard Fund and Cancer Research.
