Phillip ElfedJONESPeacefully on 2nd January 2025 in Morriston Hospital Swansea, after a long illness bravely borne, Phillip Elfed Jones (formerly of Cardiff and Penarth). Loving husband to Ann, beloved father to Rhian and Sara, Grampy to Monty, brother to Glynis and brother in law to Ceri & husband Chris. Phil will be sadly and dearly missed by his family and friends.
