Peacefully at his home, 4 Hafod Y Bryn, Trelawnyd, aged 72 years.
Beloved husband of Louise, much loved dad of Abi, Gemma, Chloe and Robert, proud taid to Owen Emrys, loving brother of Sylvia and the late Glenys, and a dear uncle. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Wednesday, 22nd April at 2:00pm.
No flowers please, but if desired, donations in memory of Graham will be gratefully received towards St. Kentigern Hospice via the offertory box at the Crematorium.
