AlbertJONESIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Albert Jones 24/7/1933 - 22/4/2026 -
a much loved Son, Brother, Grandad, Uncle, Great-Uncle. He passed away peacefully at home, with his best pal Rachael by his side, who stayed with him until the very end.
He will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him.
The family would like to thank the team at Priesty Fields Care Home, Congleton, for the care they gave him and also the Craic they had with him, which was just as important, if not more so.
