IreneJONESPassed away at Cedar Mews Care Home, aged 97 years. Beloved wife to the late Colin, much loved mother of Rae, Chris & Ian and dearly loved grandma to Callum & Erin.
Irene was a teacher at several primary schools in Leicester for 25 years and became headteacher at Marriott Primary School from 1973 - 1984. She will be greatly missed.
A service will be held at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Friday 22nd May at 1pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in Irene's memory to The Laura Centre and Alzheimer's Research UK.
