PhilippaJONESPassed away suddenly at Royal Stoke University Hospital, aged 59 years.
A beloved mother to J-Dee, cherished daughter to Dee, much-loved sister to Jonathan and Jenny, and a kind and caring auntie to Charlie, Katie and Lewis.
Philippa will be hugely missed by her loving family and her wide circle of friends, who will remember her with great affection.
A funeral service in memory of Philippa will be held at Bangor Crematorium on Tuesday, 6th October at 11.00am.
