DerekJONESPassed away Sunday 6th September 2026
at The Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Beloved dad and grandad who will be missed
by his family and his community.

Funeral to take place on Thursday 8th October.

Service 11:15am at Park Church, Boughey Road, Shelton,
followed by refreshments, then committal 1:30pm
at Carmountside Crematorium.

All are very welcome.

As a family we ask for no flowers,
instead, if you are able, a donation to the PSP Association.
This cruel disease took more from dad than was fair,
but he kept smiling throughout.
