Funeral Service will be held at Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium, Truro on Wednesday December 21st at 11am. Family flowers only but donations if desired to be shared between Children's Hospice South West and RNLI (Fowey) and can be kindly placed in the donation box at the service.
