NickolasKAMELSKI(Nic) Peacefully on Tuesday 28th August 2018, at Treetops Court Care Home, Leek, Nic aged 47 years of Fenton. Loving dad of Dylan and Caitlin, brother of Annette and Tony, best friend of Rob, Sue and Family. Nic will always be loved and sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 19th October 2018 at 9.30am. Would friends wishing to attend please meet at the Crematorium.
