KATHLEEN BULLASBULLAS KATHLEEN (KATH) The family of the late Kath wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations for Kirkwood Hospice totalling £460 received during their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to all doctors and nurses on Ward 12 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for the care and attention given to Kath, to Gill Herbert for her lovely Service, to Mackness Funeralcare for their caring funeral arrangements and to Linda and staff at Waterloo Bowling Club for their help and hospitality.
