Luke passed away peacefully at St Margarets Care Home aged 28 years.
A dearly loved son to Derek and a much loved brother to Giles, John, Mark and Jessica.
Luke will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Service to Celebrate Luke's Life will be held
at Grimsby Crematorium,
on Tuesday 3rd October at 11.15am.
