ConstanceKAYPassed away peacefully surrounded by her loving daughter Valerie and son John, on Monday 3rd February at North Tees Hospital aged 92 years.
Devoted wife to the late Stefan Kubiszewski.
Dearly loved mother to Valerie and John.
And mother-in-law to Brian.
Treasured Grandmother to Chester and Sally her loving fur babies.
Also, a dear sister to Martha and the late Violet, Sylvia, Jackie and Eddie and sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many.
Funeral service to take place at St. Cuthberts Church, Ormesby, on Wednesday 26th February at 2pm.
Followed by a burial in St. Cuthberts Churchyard.
Family and friends to meet at the church.

Reunited at last with her beloved husband Stefan and her baby Stefan.
