Noel will be sadly missed by all that knew him. Funeral Service and Requiem Mass on Tuesday 21st January 2020 at 9.30 am at All Saints R/C Church, High Street, Golborne Warrington, followed by committal at Howe Bridge Crematorium at 11am.
