If you would like to attend virtually please email - wfmkelly@fredkelly.net - for details. To read and post memories of Bill please go to the web address pictured. Our dad is a funny, generous, kind and silly man, a loving brother, who always had a smile for everyone. We cannot believe he has gone, and we will miss him eternally.
