BarbaraKELSALLPassed away suddenly but peacefully at Torbay Hospital on 5th March 2021. Very much loved wife of John and adored sister to Yvonne and Sandra. Due to the current restrictions a private service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at Stockman and Loram Service Chapel, Brixham.
