Winifred "Winnie"KELSALLKELSALL Winifred "Winnie" Winnie aged 98 years of Macclesfield, suddenly but peacefully passed away in hospital on Monday 26th February 2024. Dearly loved wife of the late Alf, much loved mum of Chris and John and mother in law of John and Marion, a loving nanny, great nanny and great great nanny who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

A Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Winnie will take place on Tuesday 26th March 2024 in Holy Trinity Church, Hurdsfield at 1.45pm followed by committal at Macclesfield Crematorium at 2.45pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for The British Heart Foundation or Kidney Research UK.

An amazing lady who brightened my day everyday. Absolute pleasure to care for! Tought me how to poach an egg, cook a jacket spud in the microwave & cook fish in a frying pan! Winnie always new just what to say & how to cheer me up when I was the one suppose to be supporting her! An Amazing lady that I will never forget! Shine bright winnie k xx

So sorry to hear the sad news of Winnie's passing. She was inspirational, thoughtful, happy, contented and led a full and long life. Thoughts are with all the family at this difficult time. Rest in peace Winnie, love from Steve, Hugh and Paul xxxx
