Richard AlanKENTIt is with great sadness that the family of Richard Alan Kent announce his passing after a long battle with Parkinson's on the 15th January 2023, aged 84. Richard passed away peacefully at his home in Aston-on-Trent and was a much loved husband to Ruth, a cherished Dad to Mark, Andrew and Vanessa and a loving Grandad, Great Grandad, Brother, Brother-in-Law and Father-in-Law. You will be missed every day by all your family members and friends, and will remain forever in our thoughts. The funeral service will be held at English Martyrs Catholic Church at 12 noon on the 1st February 2023, followed at 13.30 with a committal service at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent, DE72 2AF. A Wake will be held at 14.30 at the Clock Warehouse, Shardlow, DE72 2GL. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only please, but you are most welcome to make any charitable donations to the Parkinson's Society, which can be given at the service. Cheques made payable to Parkinson's UK.
