It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Kenwright, affectionately known as "Ron", on the 19th January at the age of 90. Ron was the beloved husband of Doreen and the much-loved father of Marion, Lisa and Stephen.

Ron was born and raised in Runcorn, working at ICI throughout his long career. Ron's love and devotion to family guided his whole life. He was self-effacing, always willing to tell a story at his own expense, with a natural curiosity and a love of nature, who charmed all those he met. He will live in our hearts always.

A service will be held at Walton Lea Crematorium on 21st February at 4pm.

The family kindly requests donations to the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, a charity that had special significance for Ron. Their online giving webpage is www.lhchcharity.org.uk/
