PatriciaKERRKERR - PATRICIA (PAT), 7th May 2020. Aged 92 years. Passed away peacefully in hospital. Reunited with her devoted husband Tom, her son Pip and all her loved ones. Much loved Mum, Mum-in-law, Nan, Great Nan, Auntie and friend, who will be loved and missed every day. Rest peacefully until we meet again. Leaving from her home address for a service and cremation at Anfield Crematorium on Monday May 25th at 10.40am. No flowers please, donations if desired to 'Little Hearts Matter'.
