Dearly loved husband of Denise, much loved dad of William, Helen and Amy, son-in-law Dan, grandson Dylan and step dad to Antony and Michelle.

Funeral service at Lelley Fields Crematorium in the Birch Hall, 1.30pm, Friday 9th August.
