Funeral Service to be held on Friday 20th December, 1:30pm at the Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (large chapel).
No flowers please, donations for Hearing Dogs for the Deaf may be left at the Service.
At the family's request please feel free to wear Liverpool shirts or bright coloured clothing.
