Philip ErnestKIDDPassed peacefully at home next to his beloved wife, Clare. Will be much missed by his children Emma and Daniel, his grandson Zachary, his sisters Siobhan and Sheila, all his Irish family and his many friends. Funeral mass at Our Lady Help of Christians and St Denis church, St Marychurch on Friday 5th March. Family flowers only, but donations to Rowcroft would be gratefully received. I came across this by chance. I was at school with Philip from the Convent days through to sixth form. A bright lad, clever and popular. He always used to sing in the Christmas concert at St. Wilfrid's school. His rendition of "Nobody's child" still brings tears to my eyes. Go well.

VALE PHILIP.! Philip.was to.all our family without question our fourth brother and. Loved unconditionally by my parents and siblings .Philip was an integral part of our family life for more than fifty years not only at school university and partnership in law practice but also there for all our family.occasions both good and less good .Our.love to Clare Emma Daniel and baby Zac Philips's sisters and all our mutual friends VALE PHILIP love from all the Toweys here in Torbay Cambridge and Perth Western Australia Michael, James, Helen, and Emma Towey and family

Such sad news, Philip was a close colleague and friend over many years when he represented children in family court proceedings. Always skilful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get the right outcome. My sincere condolences to Clare and family, Dave Bateman
