Passed away peacefully on 12th December 2024
at Mandale House Care Home Aged 95 years.
Devoted wife to the late James ' Jimmy '. Dearly loved mother to Angela, Josephine, James, Alison and Anthony and mother-in-law to Keith, Judith and Karen. Treasured grandmother and great grandmother, also a dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
Funeral Service to take place at St Marks Church, Thornaby on Tuesday 7th January 2025 at 1.30pm followed by burial at Thornaby Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired, will be gratefully received for The Great North Air Ambulance.
Little did we know that morning
That God was going to call your name
In life we loved you dearly
In death we will do the same
It breaks our hearts to lose you
But you did not go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home
You left us beautiful memories
Your love is still our guide
Though we cannot see you
You will always be at our side
Our family is broken
And nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again
