Peter FrancisKIERNANPassed away peacefully, aged 92 years at Asmall Hall Care Home. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Kiernan, formerly of Jersey Close, Bootle. He will be missed by his family and friends. Peter's funeral service will be held at West Lancashire Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd March at 12 noon. Family flowers only please. Have only just spotted this notice, otherwise I would have attended the funeral. Worked with Peter in Bootle in the late 1970s and then exchanged Christmas cards with him and Barbara ever since then ... until, after Barbara's death, the cards stopped and I wrongly assumed Peter had also passed away. Lovely man. R.I.P.

What a beautiful man Peter was it was a pleasure to of been a part of his memories and looking after him in asmull hall the staff are fantastic at what they do, thinking of you all he sure touched a lot of hearts from Becky xx
