The obituary notice of Philip Henry KIRK ('Phil')

You came into my life when I met your son. You raised the boy, who became the man I now call my husband. There is nothing in the world that I can say more, than to say that I call you pops because you are not only my father in law, you are my friend.
I miss the laughs we had whilst having a cigarette, and whilst we had a drink in the club.
You will be remembered by so many.
Always in our hearts pops.

Dear Uncle Phil
How lucky I am to have have such lovely memories of you. My first was running after you down the street shouting “ Are you going to be my uncle ?” Beaming with pride when you said “yes” I ran to tell everyone . You was a great uncle , always had something to laugh about , a tale to tell. We used to have some great conversations whilst enjoying a smoke or two . The last thing you said to me was “It was great to see you “ and the feeling was mutual . So thank you so much for being you and may you rest in peace now x x Sue x x

Phil was a loving and caring person will be sadly missed 💞

Phil was just lovely and so funny. He regularly found me asleep on the sofa the next morning following a boozy night out with Julie. He always made me laugh even when I had a sore head xxx

So sad, lovely guy.
