Frank RichardKITCHEN(Former Town Councillor and proud to have been the Mayor of Hessle) Passed away peacefully on 1st February 2021 in HRI after a short illness aged 89 years. Devoted husband of Pam, much loved dad of Kevin, Pip, Karen, Sharon, in-laws Jackie, Louise, Dougie and Mark, adored grandad and great-grandad. A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at 11:45am on Wednesday 24th February at the large chapel, Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull.
