GraemeKITTOPeacefully but suddenly on 13th May 2023 at home, Graeme aged 66 years. Proud dad of Paul and Jamie, much loved partner of Sue. Treasured granda of Charlie. Graeme will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service and cremation to take place at Stranton Grange Crematorium on Friday 2nd June 2023 at 11am. Would friends please meet at the crematorium and wear a splash of blue if you are able. Resting at and all enquiries to Coop Funeralcare Hartlepool, Strathmore House, tel 01429 274077.

Graeme what am I going to do without you...i love you so much and always will. I want this to be a bad dream and I wake and you are still with me. Holly misses you so much too 😔. This was not the plan...we were going to grow old and "grumpy" together ❤ you were and still are my soulmate...Did then...Do now...Always will. All my love darling..till I see you again ❤xxx.
