dad they say that times a healer but as time goes on l seem to find it just as hard to face the fact you're gone you'll never be forgotten and every day l shed a tear but it's only because l love you and l wish you were still here

dad though we are apart this easter time your memory shines so bright we hold you close within our hearts and keep you in our thoughts each night all our love

today would have been such a special day but now it brings sadness and sorrow if we could share just one more day if there was one more tomorrow but birthdays are a time for reflection to look over a year that's past and we can't believe another year gone by the time it goes so fast but memories of more happier times in our hearts will stay we'll treasure each and every one of them till we meet again some day

although you left a while ago sometimes just for a fleeting moment l forget that you're not here and that's why life does not seem the same for when yours had to end the world lost someone wonderful and l lost my dad and friend
