MettaKORECKIOn February 20th 2021, peacefully in the care of Aden View, Metta aged 95 years of Slaithwaite. Loving husband of the late Joyce. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Alzheimer's Research UK, c/o Mr Norman Mellor, 44 Highfield Avenue, Meltham, Holmfirth, HD9 5FR. Very sad. Rest in peace Uncle Mieczyslaw Korecki. We miss you and Auntie Joyce too. I remember when you always visited us in Poland. Thank you. Now you are with my Mum Halina Szankowska.

Metta & Joyce were great friends of ours - Joyce's parents and mine having met in the 1940s. We all stayed in touch, and mum (Molly) often stayed with them. They were a lovely couple and Metta will be sadly missed - but will be reunited with Joyce, his one, true love. God bless
