PeterKOZAKIt is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Peter on Sunday 30th June 2019. Much loved son to Rosaria, husband to Tracey, dad to Hannah, Joseph and Laura and grandad to Emilia. Service and Wake to be held at 11.45am at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Waterside Chapel on Wednesday 31st July. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK. Flowers can be delivered to Co-op, Downend.
