JiriKULOVANYTaken suddenly whilst at work on 15th August 2024, aged 44 years.

Checky was much loved by all of his PRS family and will be sadly missed.

A service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main chapel on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 13:30.

Flowers welcome, however, donations in lieu can be given at the service to Doorways.

To a man who stood with me in the trenches, from start to end. Never wavered, never complained. Through good and bad, a ray of light has extinguished from my life.

You will never be forgotten or replaced. And always spoke of highly. A man that taught others, first man always in the field. Last man to leave!

Jiri Kulovany you travelled from the Czech Republic and made Derby your home. I was proud to know you. Proud to stand at your side.
