Will be sadly missed by the Winnard side of the family. Fond memories of our times on the island beaches playing beach sports with all our cousins organised by our elder cousin Steve. Lovely memories

It was with great sadness & shock that we learnt of Steve’s passing, Steve was such a lovely person, always cheerful & a great supporter & driving force of Delamere Community Association.

He will be a great loss to the community & to all his family & friends. May he rest in peace.

I only met Steve a couple of times though the first time we met I liked Steve instantly, he had a natural way with him, so smiling, kind, warm and friendly. I remember it was an entertaining evening with a family get together and we all played Pictionary. Steve was so much fun joining in and there was a lot of laughter.
I often heard about Steve, also Simon and Roger, over the years as Cindy often talks about her brothers with great warmth and love, close siblings and family. I am so sorry to hear about Steve, he will be missed so much by all his family and friends x
