Patricia AnnLAKIN'Pat' Passed away peacefully on 9th April 2021, aged 77 years. Devoted wife to the late Terry, cherished mum to Ian and Jane, loving nana to Holly and Tom and a dear friend to many. Due to current restrictions a private service will take place on 27th April, at Markeaton Crematorium.
