ChristineLAKINSadly passed away on 22nd March 2026 at Royal Stoke University Hospital. Beloved Daughter, Wife, Godmother, Sister and dear friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Chris' funeral service is to take place on Tuesday 21st April 2026 at Stafford Crematorium at 1pm. Anyone wishing to attend the service is asked to meet at the Crematorium and to confirm attendance with the funeral director. Traditional funeral attire is preferred.

Family flowers only by request; donations in lieu will be gratefully received by the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.

Chris was a dear friend with a heart of gold. She had a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh which would light up any room. Her kind and generous nature led to her always thinking about others.

Forever taking what life presented in her stride, we were lucky enough to have shared many of life's adventures together, making many unique memories which we will cherish forever.

Chris was unassuming, a great listener and always provided warm, loving, non judgmental words.

We are sure Chris will be sadly missed by everyone that knew her and our thoughts and love are with Andrew at this very difficult time.

 ​Auntie Chris was a wonderful, kind and generous woman and Godmother. I have many happy memories and shared times with her as a child and into adulthood. The amazing trip to Disney Land Paris, weddings, naming ceremonies and family get togethers, I will never forget.

The loss of Auntie Chris to our family still does not feel real.

Our thoughts and love are with Uncle Andrew at this difficult time.

Rest in peace.
