RodLAMBOn Friday 30th June 2023, at home with his family by his side, Rod aged 70 years of Pendeen formerly of Glasgow. Treasured husband of Jacquie, beloved dad of Kirstin and Irene and ultimate grandpa to Cleo and Phoebe. Funeral service on Tuesday 18th July 2023, 2.00 pm, at Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne. I have the fondest memories of you Rod, what a wonderful man. Your girls, we’re so incredibly lucky to have the kindest husband, dad and Grandad. The runs up Hind Street in Bovey Tracey and the most painful (but beneficial) sports massages will forever be etched in my mind! I will raise a glass for you, sending so much love and thoughts to all the family, Jen x

I only got to know you Rod in the last couple of years. Chatting outside the school gates waiting for the girls to finish school. Bumping into you up on the moors and out on the coast paths. You always brought an energy and enthusiasm and an infectious zest for life, which rubbed off on those you met. I know how much you, Jacquie, Kirsten and the girls loved your bikes and I know what those wonderful penwith moors meant to you all. Every time I ride out up there, with its ancient history of countless generations that have come before us, I’ll remember you Rod. And know that everybody who you met will carry your spirit on with us through this life and beyond. God speed my friend and meet again one day.
