Past President of the National Union of Hosiery and Knitwear Workers, KFAT and ITGLWF, governor of Welbeck College. Lifelong trade unionist and campaigner for workers' rights at home and internationally. Funeral at Groby Parish Church, 12.30pm, 15th June.
