IreneLANEOf Wallsend. Passed away peacefully at home on June 24th, aged 81 years. Surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Ceremony to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd July 2024 at 9:45am. Friends please meet at the crematorium.

Donations in lieu of flowers for Maggie's and Macmillan Cancer Care may be given at the ceremony or sent directly to the charity.

Christmas day 2025, and the family are comimg to Christmas dnner, as we always do. Simon is in charge and we will remember you, with a glass and a wish. You will be in all of our hearts and wish you could be here. You are in my thoughts every day and I miss you so much.

Sweetheart, it is Miley's birthday today, she is 15 and is becoming a beautiful young lady. I asked her to draw a copy of the first photo I took of you, some 65 years ago. She has done a beautiful likeness of you, and I will treasure it forever. Love you always, your John.
