Jeffrey CliftonLANGSadly, but peacefully on 24th October 2022 at Morriston Hospital aged 76 years, Jeff of Birchgrove Road, Glais. Beloved husband of Sue, father of Christopher and David, father-in-law to Sally and much cherished bampi of Oscar and Blake. Jeff will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all his family, especially his cousins Gwyneth and Gareth, and his many friends. Funeral Service will take place at Swansea Crematorium on Thursday 10th November 2022, 11.30am. Family flowers only; donations in lieu to Popham Kidney Support who provide support to kidney patients in Wales. Everyone is warmly invited to Morriston Golf Club for light refreshments after the service.
