LATHIADR PARSHOTTAM NARAN LATHIA 3rd May 1947 - 23rd March 2018 Sadly and very suddenly passed away on 23rd March 2018. Devoted loving husband to Indu, beloved father to Pritty and Payal. He was well known for being a caring GP at Clapham Road Surgery Bedford, highly respected and loved by his patients, colleagues and friends. Adored by all his family of whom he was so proud. A smile that will be remembered by all. Funeral Service to take place at Norse Road Cemetery Bedford, on Tuesday 3rd April at 9.15am. Family flowers only please. He was my GP for over 30 years. Always seemed cheerful when I saw him. I remember him telling me he had passed the official retirement age.He said they couldn't find a full time replacement and perhaps he enjoyed his work and didn't mind carrying on. I believe he retired at the end of 2017, by which time he had reduced his hours. Now suddenly he's gone...not long after it was announced his Clapham road surgery was closing. for good

You was my GP since you first came to Bedford, you help me through trouble times, was a wonderful doctor to our family it's such a shock as you had just retired ,thank you for all you done you will be missed.RIP good doctor Thelma, mark and John hollowell x

Such a sad loss. Dr Lathia was a wonderful doctor and so kind and caring. It was clear to see how much he loved his family as he always had their photos proudly displayed in his office. So sorry for your loss and may he rest in peice.
