Private family committal, memorial service at Holy Cross Church, Lincoln on Wednesday 8th July 2009 at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired are being received for Marie Curie Cancer Care and GIFTS Hospice, cheques payable to Jonathan Whiting Donations Account .
