Sarah Jane, aged 50 years of St Austell.
Beloved wife of Paul,
loving mum of Paul Jr, Kim and Kieran,
dear little nanny of Esme, Skyla, Ellen and Emilia,
treasured daughter of Arthur.
A celebration for the life of Sarah will be held at Penmount Crematorium, Truro on Thursday 8th February at 1pm, Trelawny Chapel.
Sarah will be leaving from her home at 12:15pm.
Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, are invited for the British Heart Foundation
