KennethLAWSON(Washington) Peacefully in hospital on 19th August 2023, aged 71 years. Ken, beloved husband of the late June, dearly loved dad of Philip, much loved father-in-law of Vicky and a doting Grandad, to his Grand-Dog Loki. Ken will be sadly missed by all his friends and family. Friends, please meet for service at Birtley Crematorium on Tuesday 5th September at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations to Guide Dogs UK would be greatly appreciated. Everyone welcome at The Westwood after the service to continue the celebration of Ken's life. For my lovely kindest friend Ken.. I will think about you often and miss you forever. We could reminisce for hours over a cuppa although it used to be home made wine!! Sleep tight now you back with June. Love always Kim xx

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Philip and Vicky. We met Ken on holiday in Torquay in May this year. We struck up a brilliant friendship with Ken and met him again for a chat in July we had a lovely time being with him. He was so sociable and caring We thought the world of him.
