💔 I’m absolutely heartbroken to hear the news of Catherine's passing. 💔
I know so many of Ark Nursery family will feel the same way.

Catherine was one of our nursery directors and, without a doubt, one of the most wonderfully positive, warm and approachable people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was someone who genuinely cared about her staff and would always stand up for us, support us and make sure we felt listened to and had a hands on approach in the nursery.

We shared so many memories over the years, including, after hours nursery bbqs 🤫 and all the fundraising events she organised for Marie Curie — including the unforgettable abseiling! She always had a way of bringing people together and making even the biggest challenges feel possible.

Catherine had such a warm, nurturing nature. She was always kind, always there when you needed her and always had the very best interests of the children at heart. She wasn't just a director to us — she was like a mum to our nursery, our staff and our children. ❤️

I used to see Catherine in the park with her family and she was never the kind of person who would simply walk past. She would always stop for a chat, ask how you were and make you feel like she genuinely had time for you. That was just Catherine — caring, thoughtful and full of warmth.

She was an absolutely wonderful lady, loved by so many, and her loss has really hurt me. I feel incredibly lucky to have known her, worked with her and experienced her kindness.
