Thank you to Father Jerome and Dr Doherty for all their support, to all who attended the funeral and also Joseph O'Connell Funeral Services for their professional and caring help throughout. A very special thank you to all the staff at St Luke's Hospice, Winsford and the Macmillan team for all the exceptional care given to Pat during her long illness.
