Patricia Anne AddisonLAWTONAt rest on Sunday 10th November at the RSUH, Patsy (nee Evans) aged 62 years. Dearly loved wife of Andrew, loving daughter of Anne and the late Geoff and loving sister of Sue.

Service and cremation to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 9th December at 11.00am. Family flowers only please. Donations may be sent to Breathing Matters (the centre for respiratory research at UCL) and The ARK (animal shelter in Ashbourne)
