KennethLEEOn 11th November 2018, peacefully in hospital, Ken aged 87 years of Clayton-le-Moors. The dearly beloved husband of Marion, loving dad of Pauline, Alison and step-children Richard, Louise and Graham, much loved grandad of Dean, Bradley, Molly and Sam, dear brother-in-law of Delice and Ken. Ken completed his 2 years national service with the Army and went on to be an Apprentice Toolmaker at English Electrics. He then went on to work for Mullards Tool Makers, which later became Phillips, specialising in in-television valves. He loved the camaraderie on the shop floor and worked there up until his retirement. Special memories were made whilst cruising in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Greek Islands with Marion. Ken was a real gentleman. In his earlier years, he enjoyed a spot of gardening and he enjoyed watching Dad's Army and comedies, as well as listening to music. Ken enjoyed caravanning in Bentham with the grandchildren and face timing them. He was first and foremost a family man. Ken's funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, Accrington BB5 6HA on Thursday 22nd November 2018 at 11.40am.
