Bill & EllenLEELEE Bill & Ellen (nee Conway) (Heworth, late of Hebburn Colliery) Passed away on 15th January 2024, and 1st January 2024, aged 87 years respectively.

A dearly beloved husband and wife, and were both much loved and will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

Friends please meet for a shared service at Felling Methodist Church on Thursday 25th January, at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heworth Burn Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to All We Can. A donation may be made at the service.

Afterwards everyone welcome at Son's residence.

So sorry to hear about Bill and Ellen's passing. My Grandad (George William Hinds) was also a cousin to Bill (George's mother Mary Jane Lee and Bill's father William Lee were brother and sister)

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Bill and Ellen. May they rest in peace. My mother Mary Jane Wallace (Jenny Lee) was Bill's cousin. Both Bill and Jenny's fathers were brothers (William and James respectively). The family really lost contact when our family moved to America in 1958.
