BillLEEUWENKAMPOn 27th, July 2018 Peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital, Bill aged 90 years of Hove Edge. Much loved and sadly missed Husband of Enid, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother and good friend to many. Funeral service and committal will be held at Park Wood Crematorium on Friday 17th August at 1.30pm. Family flowers only by request, donations may be made in lieu if so desired to the Intensive Care Unit at Calderdale Royal Hospital for which a plate will be available after the service.
