Melvyn IanLEGRICEPassed away peacefully after a short illness on Monday 13th February 2023 at St. Luke's Hospice. Aged 73 years. Loving husband of Chris. Dearly loved dad of Jason and Spencer. Special father-in-law of Tracy and Jo. Proud grandad of Stacey, CJ, Jennah, Lewis and Amber. Loved brother of Colin. Your hand I would love to hold, your face I would love to see, your voice I would love to hear, I just want you here with me. Time will never ease my sorrow or mend my broken heart. The day I lost you Melv my world just fell apart - Your devoted wife Chris xxx Dad, Grandad Melv. Simply the best. If love could have saved you, you would not have died. If tears could bring you back, you'd be by our sides. Goodnight, Godbless Dad, Spencer & Tracy xxx A special smile, a special face, a special dad I cannot replace. An empty space no one can fill. I miss you dad and always will. Loves you Jason & Jo xxx The funeral service will be held at Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday 1st March 2023 at 12.15pm. Black attire is not essential for the service. Furthermore, the family have chosen not to hold a wake after the service.
