WilliamLEIGHTON(Walker) Passed away peacefully on 18th February 2023, aged 85 years. Husband of Jean. Dad to Stephen, Julie, Patsy, Debra and Michael. Grandad to Chelsea, Jordan, Luke, Joseph, Sam, Jack, Heidi, Lyla and Enya. Great-grandad to Chelsea, Frankie, Georgie, Evelyn and Michael. Billy will be dearly missed. Family and friends are invited to meet for a service at St Anthony's of Padua RC Church, Walker on Friday 17th March at 11:30am, followed by Cremation at West Road Crematorium at 12:45pm. If desired, donations in lieu of flowers to Macmillan Cancer Support would be gratefully received in the collection box available at the Church. From 1:30pm onwards, the family would also like to give a warm welcome to all who knew Billy at The Jubilee Club, Walker to share memories and reflect on his life.
